Terms of Service (Standard Photography Agreement)
By booking a session with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a professional, hygienic, and efficient experience for all clients.
1. Professional Standards & Service Scope

Professional Direction: Our lead photographer provides expert posing guidance and lighting setup to ensure the highest quality results.

Studio Preparation: To ensure efficiency, the studio is pre-configured based on the client’s pre-selected style and backdrop before arrival.

Artistic Style: Clients acknowledge the photographer’s artistic style and agree that the shoot will be conducted based on the pre-approved visual menu.
2. Booking, Pricing & Payment

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. All rates are subject to change for Weekends and Public Holidays (PH) as listed.

Package Limits: Each package has a strictly defined head count.

Additional Pax & Portraits: Any person beyond the package limit will incur an add-on fee of S$66 per person, which includes one (1) additional individual retouched portrait.
3. Uncompromising Hygiene & Wardrobe Policy

Wardrobe Responsibility: To maintain our Uncompromising Hygiene Standards, we do not provide shared garments, costumes, or academic gowns.

Sanitization Protocol: We maintain a strict protocol involving deep cleaning of the studio and professional sanitization of all surfaces, sofas, and props after every session.

Grooming: Clients not opting for professional makeup services must arrive with hair and makeup ready. We recommend a matte finish to optimize results under professional studio lighting.
4. Pre-Shoot Consultation & Client Obligations

Information Submission: Clients must provide the group composition (number of adults/children and gender) at least 48 hours prior to the session to facilitate posing layout planning.

Punctuality: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in a deduction of shooting time from the booked duration.

Visual Harmony: To achieve the best results, we highly recommend that group members wear coordinated color palettes as suggested in our Styling Guide.
5. Image Delivery, Retouching & Copyright

Digital Returns: All original digital copies captured during the session will be returned to the client via a digital gallery link.

Retouching Scope: “Edited/Retouched photos” refer to professional color correction and standard skin retouching. Complex digital manipulation (e.g., body slimming, background removal) is not included unless specified.

Turnaround Time: The standard delivery timeline for the digital gallery is 5 working days.

Copyright: The photographer retains copyright of all images. Clients are granted a license for personal and professional branding use (LinkedIn, personal websites, social media). Commercial advertising or resale requires a separate licensing agreement.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

Cancellations: Deposits or full payments are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for “no-show” instances.
