Our family had our photoshoot last January 3, 2026 at DK’s studio. This was a gift from my eldest daughter. We were a relatively big group of 13 as this was a rare occasion when our family was in complete attendance (my wife, 6 children, 2 sons-in-law, 1 daughter-in-law, a daughter’s very good friend and my 2 ½ year old grandson). My first impression was that the studio was very clean and complete with all the professional photography equipment. It was quite large and even had a dressing room complete with a mirror where one could fix themselves up.
DK was truly amazing! He was very patient and accommodating, but at the same time very professional and was able to take all the possible combinations of group shots that we could think of, including solo pics. Despite the rowdiness of our family (mostly due to everyone trying to make my grandson stay still and smile), DK remained quite calm.
We received all the 227 soft copies of the pictures taken, within our one-hour time allotment, that same afternoon. And I must say, in all sincerity, that we were absolutely delighted with all the pictures! The images were stunning, and we couldn’t be happier with how perfectly they reflected our family’s warmth and joy. DK made us feel relaxed and was able to capture genuine moments beautifully!
I would highly recommend DK, not only to family and friends, but to everyone who needs a photoshoot for whatever occasion, and for a really very competitive price package.

The studio was very comfortable and the photographer was very patient, helpful and understanding throughout the session and the photos came out looking very good. It was good that during the 2 hour session we were able to take the photos with no limit of the amount of themes. Highly recommended!!

DK was so welcoming and made the atmosphere so enjoyable. We had our first ever family photoshoot and was awkward on poses but DK was guiding us on few poses and we naturally just do it. He was also patience as some of us were late and he still carry it on professionally! Our family had memorable time together and we would do it again. What is your rescheduling or cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens! You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session with no penalty.
Can we bring outfit changes?
Yes! You're welcome to bring 1–2 outfit changes. We have a private changing area in the studio to make things easy.
What should we wear for our session?
We recommend coordinated outfits in complementary tones, think soft pastels or rich neutrals. Avoid busy patterns, logos, or overly trendy pieces. Choose timeless styles you love and feel comfortable in!
Do you provide any outfits or costumes?
We don’t provide outfits at the studio, but you’re welcome to bring your own! Whether it’s coordinated family looks, traditional wear, or fun themed costumes, we’re happy to photograph whatever makes your family shine.
How long is the family photoshoot?
Our standard session is 60 minutes of guided shooting time, enough for group shots, individual portraits, and candid moments.
Can we stay longer if we need more time?
Absolutely! Extensions come in 15-minute blocks and are charged pro-rata, subject to availability.
Can I bring my pet to the shoot?
Definitely! We consider pets family too. Just give us a heads up so we can make them feel welcome during the session..
Our family is larger than expected. Is that allowed?
Yes, you can bring up to 30 people at no extra charge. Our spacious studio comfortably handles large and multigeneration group portraits.
How many prints will I get with this package?
This package doesn’t include any print. We do provide prints at an extra cost, please contact us for more information.
How many photos will we receive?
You’ll receive all the images we take (typically 100–150) with basic edits (brightness and contrast adjustments). Then you can choose 10 images for full retouching (skin smoothing, teeth whitening, background cleanup). Extra retouches are available at $10 per image.
What kind of editing is included?
The editing will include
Selected images: full retouching: skin smoothing, teeth whitening, background cleanup
Unlimited non-selected images: basic brightness and contrast adjustments
If you want something more specific, just let us know, we can tailor additional edits for an extra fee.
When will we get our final edited photos?
We aim to deliver your final images within 5 business days, so you won’t have to wait long to see your beautiful results.
Is makeup and hairstyling included?
No, but we have a dedicated makeup room where you can freshen up. We recommend doing your primary hair/makeup beforehand to maximize your session time.
Can the session include other portrait styles, like professional headshots or graduation photos?
Yes! Just let our photographer know during the session, and we’ll seamlessly include those styles in your shoot.
Do you offer printed albums or framed photos?
Yes, we offer a range of canvas wall art. You’ll have the option to order these after your session.
Can you help with posing? We’re a bit camera shy.
Absolutely. Our photographer will gently guide you through flattering poses, with lots of room for candid moments too. Our goal is to make you look and feel your best — no modeling experience required!
Do you offer outdoor family shoots?
This service is focused on studio photography. However, if you’re interested in an outdoor shoot, feel free to contact us to discuss custom arrangements.
Can we bring food or snacks for kids?
Yes, small, non-messy snacks are fine, especially if it helps keep little ones happy. Just avoid anything too colorful or sticky that could affect outfits.
Can we bring props or themes to the shoot?
Yes! If your family has a theme in mind - like festive outfits, hobbies, heirlooms, or cultural elements - we’re happy to incorporate them. Just let us know ahead so we can prepare the best setup.
Do you photograph special needs families?
Absolutely. Our studio is welcoming to all families, and we’re happy to adapt our session style to suit different needs. Just share any info that might help us create the best possible experience for you and your loved ones.

How do I ensure a productive family photoshoot?
We do understand that not everyone is comfortable in front of a camera. Our skilled photographer would guide you and your family throughout the session to ensure we get flawless pictures. We would recommend the following tips to ensure a smooth session:
Get your outfits ready beforehand so that there is no last-minute panic. Wear clothes that you are comfortable in, but try not to wear something too casual. Colour coordinating your family’s outfits is also a good idea. Wear new shoes if possible!
Make sure your family is well-rested, hydrated, and not empty stomach before the shoot. Bring along some snacks and treats for the kids. Our studio has a pantry with a refrigerator as well as drinking water.
Turn up 5-10 minutes before the session is scheduled so that you can relax and familiarize yourself with the place.
If you have a photo concept in mind, do discuss it with the photographer before the shoot. Also, if you would like to use any specific props or accessories, don’t forget to bring them along.
We have a makeup station too in our studio. So if you prefer to get your makeup and hair done at the studio, do let us know. We would book your slot accordingly. You can also use the same for touch-ups during the shoot.
